The Rose & Crown at Slaley, a Community Owned Pub, featured in "The Guardian, Travel" as one of "The Fifty Best Pubs in Britain". In the heart of rural Slaley village, some 5 miles south of Hexham, the building dates back to 1675, is Grade 2 listed and has a traditional bar, separate dining room and two Bed and Breakfast rooms. It has been providing services to locals and visitors for over 300 years.
You will receive a warm welcome from our Manager, Tracey, and her team, serving you with food freshly
cooked to order, complemented by a great selection
of real ales and wines. Our chef offers a
tasty menu selection with seasonal daily specials.
